Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We Love Our Work

• Communicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business / marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with social media content strategy, implementation and monitoring duties as assigned- in conjunction with the internal Management Consultant, Marketing Manager, Promotions, Director of Casino Marketing, Advertising Manager, and Database Marketing Manager is responsible for creation and execution of successful promotions and events including large retail promotions, slot tournaments, and VIP events
• Writing rules and regulations for promotions and special events
• Coordinates with other departments as necessary to ensure successful events
• Gathering data and trends, utilizing internal database analysis tools and drafting reports
• Promote customer relations : handle customer complaints, deliver comps, etc.
• Provide Administrative support
• Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all team members
• Establish, develop, maintain and update library of documentation such as regulatory material, trade journals and magazines. Retrieve information from files when needed
• Photocopy and fax information and documents as needed or requested
• Complete various forms as needed such as purchase orders and check requests including obtaining appropriate authority signatures and distribution to the appropriate parties.
• Reporting on Casino Marketing Operations to the Director of Casino Marketing
• Assist the Marketing Department as needed.
