Job Title : Azure System Administrator

Location : Onsite

Employment Type : Full-Time (CTH)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure System Administrator to support and evolve our secure, cloud-native SaaS infrastructure. This role is key to maintaining our security posture, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless operations across our development and production environments.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Azure system architecture, access management, identity platforms, and DevOps support within distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Azure Identity & Access Management
  • Define, implement, and manage Conditional Access policies .
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Cloud to monitor and strengthen cloud security posture.
  • Manage multiple Azure Entra directories to support internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Oversee Azure AD B2C (External Id) tenants, including custom policies and external authentication flows.
  • Infrastructure & Desktop Management
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments for globally distributed development teams.
  • Enforce least-privilege access controls and ensure secure access across all systems and resources.
  • DevOps & Cost Optimization
  • Support Azure DevOps environments, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to maintain secure and cost-effective infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure resource usage to manage costs without compromising performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in System Administration with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Expertise in managing Azure Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure AD B2C.
  • Proven experience with Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure policy management.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) design and operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure DevOps environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and access management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, remote environments.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500, or similar) preferred.
