Our training department / Savers University develops and delivers robust training to every team member across our organization — from new hires to senior executives. We develop around 90% of our training internally, and partner with a variety of renowned providers to supplement our offerings.  What you’ll be working on : Accountable for the overall management and direction of the processes associated with the day-to-day functions of the Community Donation Center to make Savers the donation center of choice. Upholds company standards, regulations, and laws throughout all donor areas of the store (inside and outside), remaining aware of donor needs and monitoring and ensuring fast, friendly, and respectful service at point of donation. Responsible for promoting brand awareness in their community and developing relationships with and inspiring local organizations to partner with Savers.
