Midtown Assisted Living Residence -
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Maintain the building and grounds and conduct / coordinate all the necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.
- Prepare rooms for new residents.
- Test the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections.
- Maintain the HVAC system.
- Ensure the lighting and plumbing systems are working properly at all times.
- Supervise proper removal and disposal of trash.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, etc. regularly.
Must have knowledge and experience with all types of construction phases including :
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS :
Pay Rate : $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
