As an FPC Support Representative , you’ll be a central part of the engine that powers our Funeral Planning Center (FPC), ensuring that every lead, message, and appointment is handled with care and precision. What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it ) You’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing high-volume communications, collaborating across teams, and hitting key performance goals that drive results. Own the Inbox : Monitor the Planner Support inbox and voicemail system, responding to requests and routing messages with accuracy and urgency. Handle all voicemails within 15 minutes—because timing matters. Support Sales Success : Enter approved appointments, process denied / canceled appointments same-day or next- day, and maintain family records so our sales specialists can focus on what they do best. Collaborate & Problem Solve : Work closely with Scheduling, Confirmation, and Agent Support teams to resolve quality issues and ensure appointment accuracy using key department reports. Make an Impact : A verage 0.5 appointments / hour to help the team reach monthly goals—your consistency makes a real difference.
