Hourly Pay Range :

$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Position : Nurse Practitioner(NP) - Palliative Care
• Hybrid Role : Outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
• Hospital / Clinic Locations :  Evanston Hospital, 2650 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201, Glenbrook Hospital, 2100 Pfingsten Rd, Glenview, IL 60026, Skokie Hospital, 9600 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076 and Highland Park Hospital, 777 Park Ave. West, Highland Park, IL 60035.
• Full Time / Part Time : Part Time, 20 hours per week
• Hours : Monday - Friday between 8 : 30 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m.
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• On call schedule to be determined
