Diversity & Innovation Institute (DNOVA) provides various internship opportunities to supplement our full-time staff. I nterns play important roles in all areas of our organization, including recruitment, accounting, development, operations, mentorship, technology, and research. Internships are viewed as both part-time employment and training opportunities.

DNOVA staff invests their time to develop the skills of our interns in the hope that the growth that takes place during an internship will help interns secure future opportunities in their professional careers.

The DNOVA Interns will be thoroughly committed to Diversity & Innovation Institute's mission .
