Position Summary
Chubb is undergoing a significant HR transformation reimagining roles organizational structure and service delivery to enhance efficiency improve employee experience and align HR resources with business priorities. The Change HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving change throughout this multi-year initiative.
The Change HR Business Partner will leverage broad HR experience and a strong background in change management to partner with HR leaders and other stakeholders. This role will focus on facilitating change supporting teams through transition and ensuring successful adoption of new HR models technology and processes. The successful candidate will be a proactive partner skilled at building relationships communicating effectively and enabling change at all levels of the organization
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with HR Transformation Leaders to support the development and execution of the HR transformation plan focusing on change enablement and adoption.
Act as a change leader guiding HR teams through HR technology and process changes and providing support to ensure smooth transitions.
Collaborate with consulting resources to interpret external benchmarks and translate them into actionable change activities for Chubb.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans to drive readiness and adoption of HR changes.
Work closely across HR functions to understand and manage interdependencies especially related to Oracle HCM implementation ServiceNow and other transformation initiatives.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to build change capability and resilience.
Requirements - Knowledge Skills & Abilities
10 years of HR experience ideally as an HR generalist
Proven experience in change management with a track record of driving successful change initiatives
Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Ability to plan organize problem solve and drive achievement of objectives in a dynamic environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support others through change
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on stakeholder engagement and change enablement
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated growth mindset and resilience
