Key Responsibilities

Lead relationships with school districts, charter networks, and workforce partners, managing the full partnership lifecycle

Develop and execute a statewide employer engagement strategy to support growth and expansion

Oversee revenue generation through district co-investment models and collaborate on funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

7+ years in district partnerships, workforce development, or education business development

Proven ability to close institutional partnerships or generate revenue

Experience engaging senior decision-makers in the education sector

Strong background in managing complex relationships and long sales cycles

Experience in education, public sector, or talent pipeline development preferred
