Clinical Therapist Outpatient

This position is a 1099-Contractor and has the options to be in in-person, hybrid, or virtual.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Will create, monitor, and update client treatment plans

Be able to complete assessment and diagnosis in a timely manner

Provide evidence-based treatment working with trauma, individuals, adolescents,

couples, substance addiction, and eating disorders

Ensures timely and accurate clinical intervention and documentation

Consults with the Outpatient Services Manager in situations in which

additional direction and information is needed

Participates in mandatory monthly staff meetings to stay updated on policy

changes and announcements

Maintains professional and solution focused demeanor

Maintains current licensure and certifications as required by the State of Texas

Competences :

Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions

Knowledge of ethical code and requirements of mandated reporting

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records

Motivation to grow and increase knowledge within the field

Minimum qualifications :

Masters degree in mental health-related field

Current Texas State License (LPC LMSW, LCSW, MFTA, LMFT)

Must be able to provide own electronic work equipment for self; such as laptop.
