(Korean Bilingual) Customs Brokerage Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead the import compliance and customs clearance operations.

This role oversees a team of entry writers and ensures smooth compliant and timely import processing while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customs brokerage team including training workload distribution and performance oversight.
• Oversee the full import clearance process (ISF customs entries audits billing) and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure all operations comply with U.S. Customs regulations HTS classifications PGAs and company SOPs.
• Improve department workflows quality control and operational efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales Operations Finance Legal) to support client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain customs systems reporting tools and provide management with performance and compliance reports.

Maintain customs systems reporting tools and provide management with performance and compliance reports. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Business International Trade Logistics or related field (preferred). 7 years of customs brokerage or international trade experience including 23 years in management / supervision. Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR) HTS PGAs valuation etc. Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint. Experience with customs / brokerage systems (preferred). Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
