Credit & Collection Specialist

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Credit & Collection Specialist.

Position type : Full Time, Contract

Duration : 6+ months (possible extension)

Location : Orlando, FL, 32822

Shift : Monday to Friday- core business hours

As a Credit & Collection Specialist, you will :

• Lead customer account collections and credit management.
• Use tools like GETPAID, COFANet, and SAP to manage credit limits, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate customer data.
• Collaborate with AR Accounting, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely payments, resolve issues, and support bad debt analysis.
• Prepare weekly / monthly AR tracking reports and participate in cash flow meetings.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to improve payment status and release credit holds.
• Support internal controls and assist with tool / process implementation.
