What you’ll do
Provide customer, production, and engineering support for systems, including hubs, remote terminals, and equipment, both onsite and remotely
Configure systems, monitor performance, analyze data trends, and resolve technical issues across OSI layers
Support CONUS and OCUNUS installations, testing, training, and maintenance of hardware, networking, RF components, and software systems for current and future L-band customers
Collaborate with internal NOC teams and external customers to maintain network integrity

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $140,000–$160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
