• Full spectrum General Surgery with diverse case mix
• Endoscopy skills put to regular use (40% of practice)
• Level III Trauma Center experience with manageable volume but meaningful acuity
• Balanced surgical schedule : approximately 20 major and 42 minor procedures monthly
• Average daily patient volume of 14, allowing for quality patient interactions
