Pay and Shifts :
- Offering a starting wage of $24 / hr, with increments based on skill level, plus shift premiums.
- Additional pay rates : $0.50 / hr for the afternoon shift and $1 / hr for the night shift.
- Flexible shift schedule : Afternoon 3pm – 11pm, Night 11pm - 7am, Morning 7am - 3pm.
- Open to training during any shift, particularly mornings.
- Work week : Monday through Friday, with required Saturdays during busy seasons.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for setting and altering machine configurations to maximize productivity safely.Oversees machine setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and transitioning between operations.Supports education initiatives for staff and steps in for additional coverage when required.Evaluates finished products to confirm quality standards and minimizes wastage effectively.Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.Fulfills extra identified roles and responsibilities.Who You Are :
A High School diploma or equivalent stands essential.A solid 5-year background working directly with envelope machinery is sought.Possess advanced skills in mechanics and issue resolution.Application of basic math, proficiency in reading measurements, and foundational computer skills.Adaptability with different machines is vital.Work Conditions & Physical Demands :
Involves consistent movement including standing, lifting, and reaching.Ability to handle weights of up to 55 pounds assisted.Environment includes exposure to machine noise and chemical substances.Requires alertness under various temperature settings for machine operations.Need to handle speedy processes in a standing stance for extended periods.Cenveo is an EEO Employer
