Base Salary of $55,000

and a competitive

First-Year OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $60,000 – $65,000

The Role : What You'll Be Doing

As a BDR, you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the company's success.

Build the Foundation : Strategically research and prospect high-value leads using cutting-edge tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to build a robust sales pipeline.

Lead with Insight : Become a subject‑matter expert on the client's offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify their critical business pain points.

Multi‑Channel Engagement : Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.

Drive Revenue : Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets.

Process Excellence : Embrace feedback and utilize our comprehensive training program to master industry best practices and internal sales workflows.

Qualifications : Who We’re Looking For
