Position Purpose
The Security Systems Program Manager is a senior-level leader responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all security technology programs and projects across the organization. This role ensures the successful delivery of complex, multi-site low-voltage initiatives, including access control, video surveillance, infant abduction prevention, and intrusion detection systems—by aligning technical execution with organizational goals. The Program Manager works in close partnership with the Manager of Security to translate operational needs into scalable, compliant, and future-ready security infrastructure.
Nature and Scope
Focusing on direct service and maintenance, the Program Manager leads the full lifecycle of security systems programs—from concept and design through implementation and optimization. This includes managing project portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and compliance standards. The Program Manager also plays a key role in shaping the long-term security technology roadmap and serves as a liaison between technical teams, construction project managers, and executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Description
Education :
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum five years in security systems or low-voltage infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a program or project management capacity.
License(s) :
Valid State of Nevada or California driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria upon hire.
Certification(s) :
PMP, PSP, or Genetec certifications preferred
Computer / Typing :
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
