Breeze is looking for a UI / UX Designer to create easy and memorable travel experiences for our Guests and Team Members through our app, website, and internal tools. They thoughtfully use analytics data, experimentations platforms, first-party research, and our user testing tools to continually improve the experience of our interactions. This designer will contribute to the implementation and evolution of our design system and will work in close cooperation with our technology and marketing teams. they will be embedded in a cross-functional digital product team, partnering closely with Developers, Product Managers, Marketing professionals, and other stakeholders.Here's what you'll do

Work with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly solutions that align with feature requirements and business needsWork with cross-functional teams, including data science and customer support, to better understand user needs and improve experiencesParticipate in design critiques and team discussions to help improve the quality and consistency of our design workOversee vendor relationships for supplemental design work, as neededPlace our Guests and Team Members at the heart of our interface and experience designObsess over the details that shape the air travel experienceGather and synthesize requirements from users and stakeholders to shape intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys.Define information architecture, create user personas, and document user workflows to inform and refine design strategies, ensuring user-centered outcomesIdentify opportunities for innovation and drive strategic initiatives that elevate the overall Guest experienceCollaborate on the design process from ideation to wireframes, creating user flows, mockups, prototypes and final handoff to support product goalsUse and contribute to our design system in Figma, with an emphasis on reusable componentsIncorporate UI / UX best practices and adapt designs for responsive formatsMaintain consistency in branding and design system standards across all development phasesContribute to ongoing user testing and user experience research, including field research trips traveling with our GuestsStay current on device ecosystems, operating systems, and emerging interface trendsStay informed about new tools and technologies to maintain our competitive edgeAchieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and ExcellenceHere's what you'll need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications4-year degree in UI / UX, graphic, or multimedia design or a combination of education and relevant work experience2-5+ years UI / UX design experience, with a proven track record of effective problem solving and collaboration across teamsStrong portfolio of past workAbility to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to ensure delivery of the best possible experienceAbility to design user flows and layouts that meet both user and business needsProficient with Figma and Adobe toolsCommitment to high standards, with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and remain flexible under pressureStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsSelf-starter : must have a positive attitude and strong desire for successDeliver projects on time with minimal supervision, fostering cross-functional collaborationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with travel, hospitality, or aviation industries.Experience working in startup environments or scaling products in fast- growth companiesExperience conducting UX researchStrong visual design skills, including multimedia or motion designSkills / AbilitiesExemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and missionExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organizationPerks of the JobHealth, Vision and DentalHealth Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match401K with Breeze Employee MatchPTOTravel on Breeze and other Airlines too!
