Currently hiring a skilled Chiller Technician to join our team in Norfolk, VA. The ideal Chiller Technician has at least 5 years of experience in commercial environments. Marine Vessel maintenance experience is a plus. As a Chiller Technician your primary responsibilities are to detect and resolve system malfunctions and perform testing and modify system operations as needed. Active TWIC and / or DBIDS required. Pay is $32 - $40 based on skill set and experience.

Chiller Technicia n Job Responsibilities :

• Install, service, and repair chiller units, HVAC systems, and refrigeration equipment across commercial and maritime settings
• Assess equipment to identify potential maintenance or operational issues
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems within chiller, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals for proper system installation and troubleshooting
• Calibrate and adjust control systems to meet operational specifications
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately in maintenance logs
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete complex projects
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime

Chiller Technicia n Job Qualifications :

5+ years experience as a commercial chiller technician

Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles

Valid TWIC card and / or DBIDS

EPA Universal Certification

Must successfully pass drug screening and background checks
