Learning Technology Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Technology Specialist to manage and enhance learning technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee learning technology solutions, including LMS and related tools

Act as Product Owner for LMS, ensuring optimal feature adoption and user experience

Analyze learning data and KPIs to recommend solutions for training delivery and performance measurement

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience with LMS and LXP implementation and adoption

Solid knowledge of authoring tools and video editing tools

Experience with integrations and process automation

Good project management and organizational skills

Broad knowledge of technology trends related to learning
