Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week (8 : 00am – 6 : 30pm)

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

On-Call : No call required

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2120 - $2180

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact State RN license (required for travel nursing jobs in Wisconsin)

BLS / CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Chemotherapy / Immunotherapy (ONS) Certification

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse; oncology nursing experience strongly preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities

Oncology RN Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, and holistic nursing care to oncology patients in an infusion clinic setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations

Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other prescribed medications following established protocols

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans as directed by physicians

Educate oncology patients and their families, supporting their understanding and involvement in care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and shared governance activities

Float to other clinical units as needed based on organizational requirements and clinical competency

Support timely patient flow and respond to telephone triage when necessary
