Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or corporate accounting; experience in multi-entity environments is a plus. Proficient in accounting principles and practices, particularly within the U.S. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI software is highly desirable. Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive process improvements. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for operational excellence.
Accounts Payable Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Process and review accounts payable transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with leadership to implement effective solutions.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts payable aging reports, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Address inquiries from branch controllers and other teams, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive special projects, including automation initiatives and system enhancements, to optimize operations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service.
