PAY : 30.5K Base Salary PLUS UNLIMITED commission. Average Loan Officer makes between $85,000 - $125,000 in first year!!

Entry Level Loan Officer Key Responsibilities

Train under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership

Deliver exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources

Entry Level Loan Officer Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
