The Details :

• Position : Cleaning / Lot Maintenance Specialist
• Location : Tello's Parking Lot
• Schedule : Part Time, (4 days) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday - from 7a - 11a (must be able to work weekends)
• Payrate : $19 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning / Maintenance Specialist at Tello's Parking Lot. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the parking lot, creating a welcoming and safe environment for customers.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong customer service experience.

Parking and / or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands :

Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
