Job Description

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank and other financial accounts
• Support payroll processing and related journal entries
• Prepare financial reports and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Streamline and automate routine accounting tasks to enhance data workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and established accounting standards
• Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft D365)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
