Summary
The Assistant Project Manager works with the project team on planning, specifying and coordinating the interior, exterior and regulatory signage requirements for capital improvement and finish upgrade projects, including the establishment of the budget and standards, coordination of architectural drawings and supervision of delivery and installation for Deaconess Health System. The position works closely with Project Managers, Hospital and Clinic Directors and Managers, along with Business Development, Marketing, Material Management, Engineering and other Health System Departments.
Additional responsibilities include :
Manage Signage Rebranding Projects.
Update and maintain interior and exterior way finding signage and directories.
Work with Project Managers to install new finishes, move furnishings and manage minor renovations as needed.
