About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Growth and Community Engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Master's degree in healthcare management. A minimum of 7-10 years in healthcare sales, marketing, and member retention, along with 5-10 years in management, is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in new product development, marketing segmentation, and exceptional networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Experience in grassroots community outreach, managing large teams, and fluency in a second language are desirable. The AVP will also be responsible for overseeing the department's budget, staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
