Position Highlights :

Full-time, W-2 hospital-employed position

Must be comfortable with both adult & pediatric patients

249-bed, full-service hospital setting

Mix of general, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases

Rotating schedule with 24 / 7 coverage through call or shifts

Strong support from anesthesia leadership and OR staff

EMR : Cerner

Direct patient care with autonomy and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $225,000 - $260,000 (commensurate with experience & location)

$60,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements :

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

Iowa license (or IMLC / willing to obtain)

Experience with adult & pediatric patients

5+ years' CRNA experience preferred , but newer grads with strong training may be considered

Certifications :

BLS (within 3 months of hire)

ACLS, PALS, and NRP (within 1 year of hire)

Clean malpractice

No locums, visa candidates, or providers needing supervision
