Care Advocate

A company is looking for a Care Advocate (Shift : 8AM - 5PM CST).

Key Responsibilities

Engage and develop relationships with members while coordinating with the intake team

Conduct outreach to educate eligible patients on the program and facilitate their enrollment

Utilize motivational interviewing tools to address patient barriers and personalize messaging

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare

3+ years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing, or customer service role in healthcare

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Experience working with Medicare populations and understanding of Medicare Health Plans

Knowledge of medical terminology
