We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) to reliably serve patients in the following counties -Nassau Duval Baker St. Johns Clay Flagler & Volusia in BAYADAs Assistive Care Division.

Pay Rate : $16-$18 per hour

What youll do :

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse y oull p rovide personal care services household support and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
