Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering multi-line telephone and routing calls
  • Processing payments and handling daily deposits
  • Balancing cash drawer, processing, and filing parts and service invoices
  • Checking in / out rental vehicles

    • Qualified candidates must possess :

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years receptionist / cashier experience
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Drug screen and criminal clearances required
