This role requires weekend availability and involves on-site financial and record-keeping tasks, including managing collections, resolving billing issues, reducing delinquency, and assisting with resident relations. Multi-family industry experience is not required. Venterra Assistant Managers enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly & renewal bonuses.

Our Assistant Managers are responsible for the management and delivery of exemplary customer experience to our residents. They work alongside the Community Manager with a focus on improving the resident experience at Venterra communities and addressing resident concerns. The Assistant Managers are considered "Community Managers in training" who are responsible for leading the leasing staff, assisting with leasing apartments, managing renewals, handling rent collections and delinquencies, as well as ensuring resident experience standards are met.
