A diverse, experienced team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors. A culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and professional growth. Referrals and marketing Insurance credentialing and billing EHR system and documentation tools Risk management and clinical consultation General administrative infrastructure 5+ years of post-licensure experience preferred Experience in EMDR , couples therapy , or exposure therapy is a strong plus Clinicians who are flexible, grounded, and committed to long-term client work Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time management skills 1099 Independent Contractor Fully Remote (with optional access to physical offices in St. Joseph, MI and Chicago, IL) $70Kā$80K / year for standard caseloads Up to $120K / year for high-volume clinicians (30+ billable hours / week) Led by clinicians who understand your work and your values Rooted in relationships, not revenue Focused on quality care, not productivity quotas Committed to creating a sustainable, supportive environment for clinicians
