About The Position

Job Title : Sterile Processing Technician

Profession : Sterile Tech

Specialty : SPD Tech (Operating Room)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8H Evenings

Hours per Shift : 1100-1930, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40-hours / week

Experience : Minimum 2 years in decontamination / sterilization

License : Certified as a central service technician (CRCST or CBSPD)

Certifications : BLS, Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)

Must-Have :

CRCST / CBSPD certification is required.

Minimum 2 years experience in decontamination / sterilization.

Experience with endoscopic instrument processing is preferred.

General job duties include :

• Instrument decontamination, including endoscope processing.
• Instrument assembly and sterilization.

Equipment utilized includes :

Candidates must note if they have previously worked in a similar role within the last six months.

Cancellation policy : Client may cancel up to 12 hours before every 13 weeks.

Charting system utilized is EPIC.
