Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Following up with customers
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates
• Lead, manage, and train team
• Supervise up to ten employees
• Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing
• Maintain inventory counts
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 2 years of store or service advisor experience
• General automotive knowledge
• Excellent customer service disposition
• Good communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Team building skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• Valid driver's license

Compensation : $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
