Work Location : Fort Worth, TX
Work Hours : Shifts will fall between 7 : 00 am 7 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.

Here is what you will need :
Contact center and healthcare experience preferredMinimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented employment requiredScheduling experience preferredTypes at least 30 - 40 wpm and strong computer skillsStrong verbal communication and listening skillsMust be able to multi-task with various computer programs / applicationsReliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work for this on-site roleA Day in the Life of a Contact Center Agent :
Functions as the first point of contact for the patient and referring physiciansHandles routine customer interactions and exhibits proficient customer service, effective listening, and empathy. Communication channels may include phone, email, or chatDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, by offering assistance and supportSchedules patients and offers alternative scheduling options when centers dates / times are not availableMeeting or exceeding key performance indicators including but are not limited to average handle time, quality, attendance, and schedule adherenceWhy Solis Mammography?
