Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program . A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases. Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal outcomes. Contribute to a positive patient experience across the continuum of care. Be part of a supportive team culture with team-building activities and community outreach. Thrive in an environment promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care . Use the nursing process to assess patient needs and implement effective care plans. Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond proactively. Implement patient safety strategies and individualize learning experiences. Engage in professional development activities and mentorship opportunities. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. Ability to deliver holistic patient care with a family focus. Capacity to adapt to changing clinical situations with confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Must be capable of lifting and carrying specified weights. May be exposed to hazardous materials; protective equipment required.

- Base compensation within the pay range, determined by qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Premium pay for shift and on-call duties.

Schedule Information :
Night shifts, 8 and 12 hours
Every third weekend rotation
Holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
