Night shifts, 8 and 12 hours
Every third weekend rotation

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , providing care for a diverse range of patients, such as :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program .A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and innovative care.

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.Education Required : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Experience Required : Typically requires 1-year clinical nursing experience.

Ability to deliver holistic patient care with a family focus.Capacity to adapt to changing clinical situations with confidence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements :
