Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a High-Voltage Connector / HV Harness Engineer .

Job Description :

Job Title : High-Voltage Connector / HV Harness Engineer

Job Location : Auburn Hills, MI

Work Schedule : On-site

Rate : $75 / hr, Based on experience.

Responsibilities :

Lead the technical development, validation and supplier integration of high-voltage connectors and HV harness systems used in EV / hybrid powertrains. Ensure compliance with HV safety, EMI / EMC, and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define HV connector and harness specifications (terminals, insulation, shielding, sealing).
• Develop / execute DFMEA & DVP&R; for HV connectors / harnesses.
• Work with battery, inverter, OBC and power electronics teams.
• Troubleshoot HV faults during prototype and production builds.
• Support supplier selection, APQP, and technical reviews.
