We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our San Jose office. This role will be a cornerstone of our global recruiting team, driving top-tier hiring across engineering, product, and marketing while also supporting occasional executive searches.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and cross-functional roles (engineering, data, product, marketing, etc.) with a focus on quality of hire.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using creative and strategic methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche platforms, referrals, events).
• Drive executive-level searches and partner with leadership to map critical talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring proactive coverage for current and future openings.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while effectively managing expectations of hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Use data-driven approaches to measure recruiting effectiveness, improve processes, and influence decision-making.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position Designlibro as an employer of choice in Silicon Valley and beyond.

Qualifications

Experience : 6–9 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in technical recruiting (software, hardware, or IoT strongly preferred).

Compensation Band :

Base Salary : $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Incentives : Eligible for annual performance bonus and stock options.
