Responsibilities

Includes policy development, staff supervision, recruitment, PCMH implementation, and EMR utilization

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Minimum two years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare agency

Master s degree in public health administration or related field (preferred)

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license

Valid DEA registration

Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
