As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with staff and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a positive environment within the financial institution location.

Minimum Requirements :

Must speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Being in possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

Having a CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
