The ClinicalApplicationsData ServicesResourcerole is designed tosupportthe use of clinical applications within our healthcare organization,helping operationsutilizesystems andidentifyand correct issuesin a timely manner.TheData ServicesResourcewillensure the efficientandaccurateentry of data into supported systems, provideeffective resolution of user issuesrelated to data administration,manage andmaintainproactive support and self-support tools,provide guidance and training to staff, andmaintainexcellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
DataEntry & Management : Executethetimelyandaccuratedocumentation of worker, payroll, physician, facility, and supplyinformation into supportedapplications.Maintaindata integritythrough oversight, review, and auditing of content on a regularcadence.
Technical Support&Issue Resolution : Executethetimelyandaccurateresolution ofservicedesk tickets related to clinical applicationsand the use ofidentifieddata. Escalateissuesas necessary.Provide hands-ontelephone, email, and ticket-basedtechnical support for clinical applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
Customer Service : Ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction bymaintainingclear and effective communication withagencystaff, resources,and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to improvedata entryefficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze metrics toidentifyareas for improvement.Maintain comprehensive documentation ofdata servicesprocesses, procedures, and resolutions.
Security Management : Enforcesecurity measures to protect applications and data from unauthorized access.ExecuteSOP’s consistently to ensure compliance with user account management, access, andusage policies and procedures.
Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure alldata servicesactivitiescomply withrelevant regulations, policies, and standards.Stay updated with industry trends,newtechnologies, and best practices to continually enhancedata servicesoperations.
Training&Support : Coordinate and provide training forinternal team and end-users on clinical applications and related technologies.Identifysupport trends and recurring issues in local operations to create education and self-support options for resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships withend-usersacrossall departments and operational areas. Understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the portfolio ofclinical applicationsand the local use of specific applicationsmeetstheir requirements andcontributesto the organization’s overall success.
Innovation and Improvement : Stay abreast of the latest developments in clinical software and technology, including newvendor software features and new-to-market services thatachieve operational goals. Propose and implement innovative solutions that can further enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1+ years general customer support, data entry, payroll support, or clinical application user experience inHomecare Homebase (HCHB).
Additionalexperience withWorkday,Forcura, Waystar, supply interfaces, orotherclinicalapplicationsa plus.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsas well as a strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and error minimization.
