As an LPN at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for working with Northwest Health Services Providers by :

• Preparing patients for examination by providing basic diagnostics and interview.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Assisting Provider by distributing appropriate patient educational materials.
• Preparing patient examination rooms and ensuring all required equipment and / or instruments are sterilized and available for procedures and treatments per established policies.
• Documenting all patient treatment information in patient medical record.
