Under general supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Behavioral Health Therapist - Outpatient Psychiatry provides all aspects of psychosocial mental and behavioral health services including primarily brief short-term individual and group therapy, diagnostic evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and case management. Interviews patients and facilitates discussion around diagnosis and treatment planning. Provides case coordination, client advocacy, and brokerage to obtain services as needed. Serve as liaison with other Psychiatry Division providers. Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a related mental health area.
A valid California license as a mental health provider (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing.
Minimum of five (5+) or more years of relevant experience.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range : $82,500 - $151,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent : $39.51 - $72.56
