The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and / or experience preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess strong computer skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office products.
Support successful operations consistent with Integrity Fire policies, programs, procedures, systems and guidelines.
Prioritize calls based on severity and availability of appropriate technician.
Create and manage jobs in ServiceTrade.
Must possess a strong proficiency in digital platforms with the ability to adapt to new software.
Communicate schedule with customer and keep customer informed of actions taken.
Inform General Manager of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration and other matters affecting service operations.
Audit service reports weekly in accordance with established procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type : Full-time
Rate : $20.00 - $30.00 (D.O.E.) per hour Top performers can earn more!
Industry experience highly preferred.
