Family Practice - Without OB Physician

I'm reaching out because an established healthcare organization in Wyoming, MI and Kentwood, MI is seeking a dedicated MD / DO for a locums position for their Employee Wellness Clinic at the 2 locations!

Position Details :

• Dates : ASAP start - March 31, 2025 (possibility of contract being extended or even going permanent if desired!)
• Location : Wyoming, MI and Kentwood, MI
• Schedule :
• Wyoming, MI :
• Mondays : 2 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 PM
• Tuesdays : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
• Kentwood, MI :
• Wednesdays, Fridays : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
• Thursdays : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break on Tues-Fri shifts
• Requirements :
• Experience with children aged 2+
• Familiarity with Occupational Health
• Dispensing license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience : 3-5 years in primary care and / or chronic disease management
