About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead user growth and brand development in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities, and maintaining a strong brand identity. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition and retention to maximize market share and achieve business objectives. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the executive team, conduct market research, build industry relationships, and collaborate with the business development team to ensure that marketing efforts align with business initiatives.

Applicants must have a proven track record in a similar leadership role within the DFS or sports betting industry, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in managing social media and digital marketing channels, as well as a willingness to be hands-on in building the marketing function, is essential. The Head of Marketing will also be expected to work around the sporting schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to lead and direct design and operations teams to support day-to-day marketing activities.
