Description

• Pulls Dept of Finance non-camera tickets for check processing weekly
• Processes COH / Preplan / EIP requests, weekly budget transfers, and monthly PNA requests while maintaining ledger
• Maintains various expense schedules : account 500,502, 503, 507, 508, 510, 520, 525, 530, 531, 533, 564, 565,575, 648
• Organizing check support in the public drive and in FUNDEZ
• Makes deposits to the banks as needed (recommended monthly)
• Weekly call for MMIS cash receipts
• Assist with monthly SNAP for OPWDD consumers
• Collect petty cash receipts and files them. Also, files checks the AP Supervisor has processed or voided checks received.
• Sort office mail for Fiscal and if needed, mail to respective staff. Scan mail (Con Ed / National grid / Citibank statements) to public drive
• Serve as the AP Supervisor's backup
• Receives, signs and scans checks from interoffice mail such as HR and Development
• Sends vendor reports to those that request record of payment
• Sends bank balances to DDSP
