As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the sales team. You will lead a team of sales agents provide training coaching and guidance.
You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication and negotiation abilities and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
