Mission Lane's Credit Card Portfolio Management Team is looking for an experienced Principal Business Analyst or Business Analyst Manager professional to join our geographically diverse team.

The Portfolio Management Team is responsible for owning the underwriting process throughout the lifetime of existing accounts, understanding customer lifetime value, and creating pathways to customer success and graduation, all while staying true to our mission.

About this role, you will :

• Lead the development of actionable strategies based on data-driven insights and model the expected financial impacts to improve our underwriting & pricing strategies while ensuring customer success
• Manage multiple projects and coach junior analysts on the team
• Design and enhance the customer lifetime value (LTV) model to drive business growth
• Present and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership
• Enable long-term growth by pushing forward our testing agenda to build insights into consumer behavior and invest in future growth
• Drive cross functional teams across product, data science, and engineering to bring strategies to market

Compensation : Target base salary for Principal Business Analyst (L7) : $125,000 - $142,000 Target base salary for Business Analyst Manager (L8) : $142,000 - $173,000 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
